Why do families choose St Kitts and Nevis?
St Kitts and Nevis runs the world's longest-standing citizenship by investment programme (since 1984). The qualifying contribution is paid after approval in principle, so capital is not sent before the unit's due-diligence decision. Dual citizenship is permitted, and there is no stay requirement in force today. Professional fees are quoted on consultation.

Our commitmentFAQs
Do I pay before approval?
The qualifying contribution is paid after approval in principle. Due diligence and processing fees follow the unit's published schedule.
Is there a stay requirement?
There is no stay requirement in force today. A regional ECCIRA stay expectation has been announced; details were not yet published as of September 2026.
What about the EU 2028 letter?
The European Commission has proposed that Eastern Caribbean programmes phase out by June 2028. That proposal is not itself a suspension of visa-free travel. We keep advice aligned with current unit rules.
Who approves the application?
The St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Unit. Dynasty Migration does not grant citizenship.
How current are these figures?
Verified in September 2026. We re-confirm criteria before any application.
Clear limitation
Important to know
Citizenship approval is discretionary, does not remove home-country tax or reporting obligations, and visa-free access can change. The EU has proposed that Eastern Caribbean programmes phase out by June 2028; that proposal is not a suspension. A regional stay requirement (reported as about 30 days in five years under ECCIRA) has been announced; details are not yet published and it was not in force as of September 2026. Any future genuine-link or residence expectations would be set by the unit and regional rules — confirm before filing.
Approval rests with the authority
Only the issuing government or its unit can approve, refuse, or revoke an application.
No outcome can be promised
No adviser can guarantee a decision. Any claim of assured approval is a warning sign.
Rules can change after publication
Thresholds, fees, and criteria are set by the authority and may change — confirm before you commit.
